sun flares through gap between couple as they kiss

Battersea Park Engagement Photography – Alice and Rob

Battersea Park Engagement Photography

When Alice and Rob met, she was dressed as a leopard and he was dressed as a zebra. It was the middle of May, 2013, and rugby fans from all around had descended on Twickenham for the annual Rugby 7s. As is the custom, everyone was decked out in fancy dress! This sea of costumed rugby fans became the setting for these two to start their story together!

Just four short years later, at the end of May, they’ll be saying their vows together at their wedding in Guildford. (I’m told that leopard and zebra costumes will not be worn on the day!!) Because these guys are serious foodies, I also have it on good authority that dinner will be something to remember!

A few months ago, we all met up in their old stomping ground of Battersea. After a coffee or two, we took a wander around their old haunts to take some photos. Because we were shooting around the time the sun was setting, it meant we got lots and lots of awesome sunflare – I can’t get enough of it!

Seriously looking forward to seeing these two again when the big day rolls around in a couple of weeks’ time!

If you’re getting married soon, or if you just fancy doing a similar shoot, I’d love to hear from you.
